Work Behavior Assessments

Background
The Texas Parks and Wildlife Department (TPWD) is seeking bids to establish a blanket contract for workplace behavior assessments. The goal of this contract is to enhance workplace productivity, teamwork, and communication through the implementation of behavior assessments that include an online portal for participants and facilitators. The awarded vendor will be responsible for providing subscription services, implementation, and training as outlined in the scope of work dated January 2025.

Work Details
The contractor will provide workplace behavior assessments that accurately describe participants' work behaviors. This includes:

1. Assessments identifying how participants respond to challenges, influence others, adhere to rules and procedures, and their preferred pace of activity.

2. Participant assessment reports managed by HR staff that include:
- Detailed explanations of participant styles at work.
- Behaviors in different work situations.
- Recommendations for improving communication with other styles.
- Methods for navigating conflicts with other styles.

3. Estimated Quantity: 500 assessments per calendar year based on workplace behaviors measuring four attributes: Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, and Conscientiousness using a circumplex model.

4. Leadership assessments with an estimated quantity of 40 per calendar year focusing on leadership behaviors and providing insights into strengths, challenges, and methods for improvement.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon the date of award and continue through August 31, 2026. There is an option to renew the contract for up to three additional one-year periods if both parties agree in writing before the expiration date.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at locations designated by the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department.
