Work Details
TSTC is seeking proposals from qualified suppliers to furnish and deliver thirty (30) complete fall protection and rescue training kits specifically designed for wind turbine technician training. These kits will be utilized for hands-on safety training in the Wind Energy Technology program at the Harlingen campus. The total contract value is anticipated not to exceed $100,000.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed from the date of award until delivery of the training kits, with a proposal submission deadline on July 29, 2025.

Place of Performance
The products will be delivered to the Harlingen campus of Texas State Technical College.

Bidder Requirements
Suppliers are not required to submit a HUB Subcontracting Plan but must make a good faith effort to achieve State of Texas HUB goals. Suppliers must also ensure that their proposals include a signed Execution of Offer.
