Background
The Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) is seeking bids for the installation of new walls, doors, and garage doors at the Williamson County Tactical Training Facility (TTF) Pole Barn. This facility is located at 810 Co Rd 240, Florence, TX 76527. The goal of this contract is to enhance the operational capabilities of the TTF by upgrading its infrastructure.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for the complete installation of new walls, doors, and garage doors at the specified facility. This includes all necessary labor and materials required to fulfill the project specifications as outlined in the solicitation documents. The contractor must ensure compliance with all relevant specifications and requirements detailed in the Scope of Work Exhibit.

Period of Performance
The contract term commences on the effective date stated in the signing document and expires on August 31, 2025. DPS reserves the right to extend performance for up to six months if necessary.
