Background
The City of Austin is seeking to install and repair fencing on Wildland Conservation Lands to deter trespass and assist with protecting these lands. The solicitation is an Invitation for Bid (IFB) issued by the City of Austin.

Work Details
The work involves installing and repairing fencing on Wildland Conservation Lands. Period of Performance
The offers are due on Thursday, June 27, 2024, before 2:00 PM CT. The offer opening will take place after 3:00 PM CT on the same day.
The site visit is mandatory and scheduled for Tuesday, June 11, 2024, at 10:00 AM CT. There is no pre-offer conference scheduled.
The contract will commence upon execution unless otherwise specified and shall continue in effect until all obligations are performed in accordance with the Contract.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at the Parkwest tract of the Balcones Canyonland Preserve (BCP) located at the western dead end of Bell Mountain Rd, Austin, TX 78730 between houses 9613 and 9614.
Additionally, work will be performed at J17 tract of the Water Quality Protection Lands (WQPL) located at 4318 Wyldwood Rd., accessible via Brodie Ln.
