Weslaco High School Tennis Court Resurfacing Improvements

Background
Weslaco Independent School District (ISD) is seeking proposals for the resurfacing improvements of tennis courts at Weslaco High School. Work Details
The scope of work includes the complete resurfacing of tennis courts as specified in the Engineer's drawings and specifications. This includes disposal of any debris associated with preparation work, obtaining necessary permits, insurances, and bonds. A contingency allowance of $45,000 is also included for unforeseen expenses related to the project.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed from August 7, 2025, with a completion timeline to be determined based on the contractor's proposal.

The work will be conducted at Weslaco High School located in Weslaco, Texas.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must include a bid bond or cashier's check for 5% of the total project cost with their proposal. Additionally, they must provide proof of insurance and comply with all local regulations.
