Angelina College, a two-year community college serving Angelina County in Texas, is seeking bids for the purchase of Welding Equipment & Supplies for educational training purposes. Work Details
The RFP includes the following specifications for welding equipment and supplies:

1. **Cobot CRX Collaborative Robotic Welder** (1 unit)
- Specifications include:
- Input voltage: 120V
- Six-axis mechanical unit with a maximum payload of 10kg and a reach of 1.249 m.
- GMAW welder with a range of 5-550 Amp.
- Additional items include a Cobot Cart Clamp Kit and hand shields.

2. **CNC Plasma Cutting Machine** (1 unit)
- Features include:
- 5x10 size with an 80amp plasma cutter.
- Ohmic height sensing, laser pointer, and touch screen controls.
- Includes additional items like a tube and pipe cutter and consumable starter kit.

3. **Dual Wire Feeder Multi-process Welding System** (6 units)
- Capable of GMAW, FCAW, GTAW, SMAW processes with specifications including:
- Power range: 5-400Amp.
- Accessories include air-cooled guns and water cooler.

4. **Dual Wire Feeder with Multi-wire Capability** (1 unit)
- Similar capabilities as item #3 but includes additional features like dual wire reel stand.

5. **Engine Driven Gasoline Welder** (1 unit)
- Specifications include:
- Output range: 20-330 amp DC with various features including an air compressor and battery charger.

6. **Multi-Process AC/DC Welder** (1 unit)
- Capable of multiple welding processes including TIG, MIG, Stick with accessories provided.

7. **COBOT Advanced Education Package** (1 unit)
- Includes FANUC robotic teaching pendant and software packages for educational use.

Period of Performance
The contract period will commence upon award notification and will be subject to the availability of grant funding. Specific timelines for delivery are to be determined based on the awarded bid.
