Wayfinding Signage

Scope of Work:
The City of Lee's Summit is seeking proposals for the provision of wayfinding signage. The selected contractor will be responsible for all aspects related to the design, fabrication, and installation of wayfinding signage throughout designated areas. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Designing signage that meets the City's branding and functional requirements
• Fabricating durable and visually appealing signs
• Installing signage at specified locations as directed by the City

This solicitation is issued by the City of Lee's Summit.

Background:
This contract opportunity is released under Solicitation Number 2026-053, titled "Wayfinding Signage." The City is aiming to enhance navigation and accessibility through improved signage. The solicitation was released on January 30, 2026.

Contract Requirements:
All proposals must comply with the City's Standard Terms and Conditions. Any amendment to or deviation from these terms may result in the bid being rejected as non-responsive.

Submission Instructions:

• A non-mandatory pre-proposal conference will be held on February 5, 2026, at 2:00pm in the Strother Conference Room.
• The final date and time for inquiries is February 13, 2026, at 12:00pm.
• Proposals are due by February 16, 2026, at 5:00pm.
• If necessary, oral interviews will be conducted on February 20, 2026, with the shortlist announced on February 18, 2026, at 12:00pm.

Additional Information:
The target City Council award date is March 3, 2026, with an anticipated agreement start date of March 16, 2026. The City reserves the right to amend the solicitation schedule as necessary. Oral interviews may be conducted at the City's sole discretion if a supplier cannot be selected based solely on proposals submitted.
