Wall & Avenue C Lift Station Rehabilitation (REBID

Background
The City of Beaumont is seeking bids for the rehabilitation of the existing Wall & Avenue C lift station.
This project aims to enhance the functionality and safety of the lift station, which is critical for the city's water utilities operations.

Work Details
The contract includes comprehensive construction services such as:
- Superintendence, labor, equipment, tools, materials, painting, safety measures, environmental protection, disposal of surplus items, and site restoration.
- Construction of a 20' x 14' pre-fabricated concrete control building with site preparation and electrical appurtenances.
- Removal of existing electrical and controls inside and outside the lift station.
- Installation of new electrical systems including service equipment and controls.
- Installation of an 8ft chain link fence with gates.
- Replacement of existing submersible pumps (4 units).
- Replacement of piping inside the wet well.
- Coating the interior of the wet well.
- Extension of the existing concrete driveway.
- Installation of Bypass Ports on the existing force main.
- Provision for bypass pumping to maintain sewer flows during construction activities.

Period of Performance
The contract performance period will commence upon award and is expected to be completed within a specified timeframe as detailed in the contract documents.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at the Wall & Avenue C lift station located in Beaumont, Texas.
