Work Details
The selected vendor will provide a comprehensive Virtual Reality (VR) training solution that includes:
- A wide variety of training scenarios covering defensive tactics, firearms use, de-escalation techniques, active threat response, and patrol procedures.
- Hyper-realistic graphics and diverse environments for immersive training experiences.
- Equipment including VR headsets, controllers, and necessary software for operation.
- Custom scenario creation tailored to WTAMU's specific needs.
- Multi-user capabilities for team training sessions.
- Data tracking and performance analysis features to compile metrics for officers and command staff.
- Regular software updates and technical support with defined service levels.

Period of Performance
The contract will involve a one-time purchase of equipment along with a 5-year maintenance agreement, which may be extended for two additional one-year terms upon mutual agreement.

The services will be performed on the West Texas A&M University campus located in Canyon, Texas.

Bidder Requirements
