Background
The City of Carrollton is seeking proposals to provide vending machines for its municipal facilities. This initiative aims to enhance the availability of refreshments and snacks for city employees and visitors, aligning with the city's commitment to improving public services and amenities.

Work Details
The selected vendor will be responsible for supplying, installing, and maintaining vending machines at various city locations. The proposal should include details on the types of machines offered, product selection (including healthy options), pricing structure, and commission rates from sales. Vendors must ensure that machines are stocked regularly and maintained in good working condition.

The contract may also require the vendor to provide customer service support for machine malfunctions or product issues.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon award and is expected to last for three years, with options for two additional one-year renewals based on mutual agreement.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed at multiple city facilities within Carrollton, Texas.

Bidder Requirements
Vendors must comply with all local, state, and federal regulations regarding vending operations. Additionally, vendors are required to submit a completed Form 1295 (Certificate of Interested Parties) prior to contract approval. Insurance coverage is mandatory, including general liability and workers' compensation insurance.

Vendors must also certify that they do not engage in business with foreign terrorist organizations or boycott Israel.
