Background
The Texas A&M University System (A&M System) is seeking bids for the purchase of a UV mask aligner for Texas A&M-RELLIS located in Bryan, Texas. The goal of this contract is to procure a UV mask aligner that meets specified requirements. Bidders have the option to propose equivalent alternatives, which the A&M System will evaluate for acceptability.

Work Details
The contract includes the following items:
1) UV Mask Aligner - 1 Lot, which must meet the specifications outlined in the attached documents;
2) Freight - 1 Lot, covering shipping costs to Texas A&M-RELLIS if not included in the UV Mask Aligner bid;
3) Installation - 1 Lot, for the installation of all equipment;
4) Training - 1 Lot, which shall include comprehensive instruction on operation, maintenance, and safety procedures for the UV mask aligner.

Period of Performance
The contract performance period is expected to commence upon award. It will include delivery and installation timelines as specified by the bidder.

The contract will be performed at Texas A&M-RELLIS located in Bryan, Texas.
