UTRGV Learning Management System (LMS)

University is soliciting proposals to enter into a contract with a qualified vendor to obtain service and solutions for an LMS (the Work) more specifically described in Section 5.3 (Scope of Work) of this Request for Proposal (RFP). University's desire is to evaluate different Learning Management Systems and recommend one that supports the mission of the institution by providing innovative and accessible infrastructure for digital teaching and learning. The LMS platform must have easy-to-use technology and offer faculty a set of tools to help provide a meaningful learning experience to students. The proposed project timeline for implementation would be: o Configuration, training, and course migration begin early Spring 2024. o A pilot group starting in Summer, June/July 2024 o Full implementation in Fall 2024, August 26, 2024.
