Utility Tractors

Background
The Texas Parks and Wildlife Department (TPWD) is seeking bids to purchase three (3) Utility Tractors with required attachments as per the specifications dated May 2025.
The goal of this contract is to enhance the operational capabilities of TPWD in managing state parks and wildlife resources.

Work Details
The contract involves the procurement of three Utility Tractors with specific requirements:
1. Compact Utility Tractor with Required Attachment:
- Quantity: 1
- Examples: John Deere 4066M, Mahindra Max 26 XLT, or TPWD approved equivalent.
- Specifications include engine power, PTO power, lift capacity, fuel type, and required attachments such as rotary cutters or finish mowers.

2. Utility Tractor with Required Attachments:
- Quantity: 2
- Examples: John Deere 5105M, Case Maxxum 115, Kubota M5-111, or TPWD approved equivalent.
- Specifications include horsepower, cab requirements, fuel tank capacity, and necessary attachments like front loaders and buckets.

Unit prices must include full delivery and offloading at designated sites.

Period of Performance
The contract shall commence upon issuance by TPWD and will expire upon delivery date agreed upon and final acceptance by TPWD.

Place of Performance
Delivery locations include:
1. TPWD San Angelo State Park, 3900-2 Mercedes Rd, San Angelo, Texas 76901
2. TPWD Region 2 Regional Office, 715 Hwy 35 South, Rockport, Texas 78382
3. TPWD Goose Island State Park, 202 S. Palmetto St., Rockport, Texas 78382.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must be certified as a Historically Underutilized Business by CPA if applicable.
They must comply with all conditions of the bid and provide necessary documentation including brand/model specifications and delivery terms.
