Background
The Central Texas Council of Governments (CTCOG) is the lead agency for the 791 Purchasing Cooperative (791COOP), a cooperative purchasing program available for government and other entities across all fifty states. The purpose of this solicitation is to establish vendor agreements to fulfill the competitive procurement needs of participating entities in the category of uniforms and uniform services. This initiative aims to provide efficient and economical acquisition of goods and services through competitively procured vendor agreements, ensuring compliance with applicable local, state, and federal regulations.

Work Details
The solicitation seeks qualified vendors to provide a comprehensive range of uniforms and uniform services suitable for various public sector roles. The scope includes:

1. Uniform Categories:
- Public Safety and Emergency Services Uniforms (e.g., police, fire department, EMS uniforms)
- Industrial and Maintenance Uniforms (e.g., workwear for maintenance personnel)
- Administrative and Professional Apparel (e.g., office staff uniforms)
- Education and Student Apparel (e.g., school uniforms)
- Medical and Health Services Apparel (e.g., scrubs, lab coats)
- Outerwear and Accessories (e.g., jackets, safety shoes).

2. Uniform Services:
- Rental programs, laundering, alterations, embroidery, inventory management, online ordering platforms, employee allowance management programs.

3. Program Management:
- Web-based ordering portals, usage tracking tools, integration with agency systems.

Period of Performance
The initial term of the agreement is five years with options for three additional one-year extensions. The contract will commence upon award.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at various locations as designated by participating governmental entities across the United States.

Bidder Requirements
Vendors must comply with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations. They are required to provide proof of insurance coverage as specified in the solicitation. Vendors must also submit a completed Felony Conviction Notice if applicable. Additionally, vendors should have experience in providing similar products/services to public agencies.
