Additionally, the contractor is responsible for ensuring safety measures are in place to protect university employees and students during construction activities.
Period of Performance
The contract is anticipated to begin on June 1, 2026, and may last up to two years until May 31, 2028. There is an option for renewal for two additional one-year terms.

Bidder Requirements
