TxDOT Aviation Division- Notice to Consultants

Background
The Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) Aviation Division is seeking to engage a qualified firm for professional engineering services related to the Memphis Municipal Airport project. This initiative aims to rehabilitate key airport infrastructure, including runways and taxiways, as part of TxDOT's commitment to enhancing aviation facilities in Texas.

Work Details
The selected firm will provide engineering and design services, and at the agent’s discretion, construction administration for the following tasks:

1. Rehabilitate RWY 17/35;
2. Rehabilitate Turnarounds and Connector TWY;
3. Rehabilitate Apron.

The response must include a Qualifications Statement (QS) that demonstrates the firm's project understanding, technical approach, and relevant experience with similar projects.

Period of Performance
The contract period will be defined based on the project design schedule submitted by the selected firm, which should indicate the number of weeks necessary for each phase of design.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at Memphis Municipal Airport in Memphis, Texas.
