TxDOT Aviation Division- Notice to Bidders

Background
The Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) Aviation Division is issuing this solicitation for the construction of airport improvements at Fort Worth Meacham International Airport. The goal of the contract is to enhance the airport's infrastructure, specifically through the reconstruction of Apron B and Taxiway G.

Work Details
The construction work consists of:
1. Reconstruction of Apron B;
2. Reconstruction of Taxiway G.

Bidders are required to examine bidding documents available at Garver, 3000 Internet Blvd Ste 400, Frisco, TX 75034, and may obtain plan sets free of charge from Plans Online on the TxDOT website. The awarded bidder will also be required to electronically submit contract documents, pay request forms, change order requests, certified payroll, DBE/HUB reports, and insurance certificates using the eGrants electronic grant management system.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed from the date of award until completion, with bids due by April 30, 2025.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at Fort Worth Meacham International Airport located in Fort Worth, Texas.
