Turnkey Services to Develop a Museum-Quality Exhibition

Background
Texas A&M University is seeking proposals to enter into an agreement with a qualified vendor for the research, design, fabrication, and installation of a museum-quality exhibition celebrating the university's 150th anniversary. This initiative aims to enhance the cultural and educational offerings of the College Station, TX campus.

Work Details
The contractor will provide comprehensive turnkey services which include:

1) Researching the historical context and significance of Texas A&M University’s 150th anniversary;

2) Designing an engaging exhibition layout that effectively communicates the university's history;

3) Fabricating exhibition components using high-quality materials;

4) Installing the exhibition in a manner that ensures safety, accessibility, and aesthetic appeal.

The proposal must include a complete response as specified in the Supplier Attachment section.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon award and is expected to be completed by August 1, 2025.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at Texas A&M University's College Station campus.

Bidder Requirements
All respondents are required to submit a HUB Subcontracting Plan (HSP) with their proposal. Failure to submit an HSP that meets minimum requirements will result in disqualification. Cursory reviews of HSPs are available by appointment through the Texas A&M University HUB Office.
