TSTC Statewide Roofing Inspections (IDIQ)

Background
Texas State Technical College (TSTC) is a coeducational two-year institution of higher education in Texas, focused on technical vocational education. TSTC's mission is to contribute to the educational and economic development of Texas by offering specialized programs that lead to certificates or associate degrees. The college operates 11 campuses statewide and aims to place more Texans in high-paying jobs.

This Request for Proposals (RFP) is issued to establish an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for roofing inspection services across all TSTC campuses.

Work Details
The contractor will provide comprehensive roofing inspection services across all current and future TSTC campuses. These services are essential for managing roof assets, prioritizing maintenance needs, planning capital improvements, and ensuring the integrity and safety of campus facilities. The scope includes but is not limited to: conducting regular inspections, assessing roof conditions, recommending maintenance actions, and providing detailed reports on findings.

Period of Performance
The contract will be valid for a period of two years, with options to extend for three additional one-year terms. Prices are fixed for the first year, with any increases requiring prior approval from TSTC.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed at all current and future Texas State Technical College campuses across the state of Texas.

Bidder Requirements
Suppliers must submit a signed Execution of Offer with their proposal. A HUB Subcontracting Plan is required only if the awarded project exceeds $100,000. Suppliers are encouraged to make good faith efforts towards meeting State of Texas HUB goals but are not mandated to meet them.
