Background
Humble Independent School District (Humble ISD) is seeking proposals for RFP2025-101J, which focuses on Transportation-Fleet Repairs, Maintenance, and Services on a district-wide basis.

Period of Performance
The contract will be effective from the award date through June 12, 2029, with automatic annual renewals unless either party provides written notice not to renew.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed at various locations within the Humble ISD district as required for fleet maintenance and repairs.

Bidder Requirements
Vendors must have previously been awarded contracts under RFP 2025-101 or meet specific criteria set forth by Humble ISD to become an Approved Vendor.
Additionally, vendors are required to provide proof of liability insurance and complete necessary forms such as Form 1295 and W9.
They must also comply with criminal background check requirements if their employees will have direct contact with students.
