Transportation Center and DAEP Facility Roof Replacement Projects

Belton Independent School District (BISD and/or DISTRICT) is seeking competitive sealed proposals for the replacement of roofs at two of its facilities: the Transportation Center and the DAEP Facility.

The scope of work includes:
Complete roof replacement at the Transportation Center
Complete roof replacement at the DAEP Facility

This solicitation is issued by Belton Independent School District.

This Request for Competitive Sealed Proposals (RCSP) is an approved procurement method under Chapter 2269, Subchapter D of the Texas Government Code. The District will select the proposal that provides the "best value" based on the selection criteria outlined in the RCSP.

Contract requirements include adherence to all specifications and criteria as detailed in the RCSP. Proposers are strongly encouraged to review the entire RCSP document prior to submitting a response.

To submit a proposal, follow all instructions provided in the RCSP. Ensure all required documentation and information are included in your submission.

The District reserves the right to accept or reject any proposals, to award contracts as may appear advantageous, to negotiate separately as necessary in accordance with the law, and to waive all formalities in the best interest of the District.
