TPWD Invitation for Bid Compact Track Loader - State Parks Region One Regional Office

Background
The Texas Parks and Wildlife Department (TPWD) is seeking bids to purchase one (1) Compact Track Loader with required attachments.
This procurement is aimed at enhancing the operational capabilities of the State Parks Region 1 Regional Office located in Fort Davis, Texas.

Work Details
The contract involves the delivery of one (1) Compact Track Loader with the following specifications:
1. Examples of acceptable models include Bobcat T62, John Deere 325G, or TPWD approved equivalent.
2. The loader must be new and from the most current year available on the market.
3. Specifications include:
- Length with bucket: Maximum 136.3 inches
- Fuel Type: Diesel
- Fuel Capacity: Approximately 21-28 gallons
- Horsepower: Approximately 68-70 hp
- Engine: Tier 4 Turbo
- Operating Capacity: Minimum 1100 pounds
- Tipping Load: Maximum 7400 pounds
- Travel Speed: Approximately 11-12 mph
- Auxiliary Hydraulic Flow: Maximum 21 gpm
- Ground Bearing Pressure (PSI): Approximately 5.7 psi
- Lifting Capacity: Minimum 2150 pounds, Maximum 2590 pounds.
4. Required options and attachments include an enclosed cab with heat and air conditioning, selectable joystick control, rear camera system, cab-controlled attachment, high flow hydraulics, two-speed travel, backup alarm, reversing fan, construction bucket, grapple bucket, and pallet forks.
5. Delivery terms require full delivery and offloading to the ground onsite at TPWD State Park Region 1 Regional Office.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon issuance by TPWD and will automatically expire upon delivery date agreed upon and final acceptance by TPWD.

Place of Performance
Delivery will take place at TPWD State Park Region 1 Regional Office located at Texas Hwy 118 N, Park Rd 3, Fort Davis, Texas 79734.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must be certified as a Historically Underutilized Business by CPA to qualify for this bid. Additionally, bidders must comply with all conditions outlined in the bid invitation.
