The City of North Richland Hills (NRH) is a centrally located suburb in the heart of the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, with a population of nearly 75,000. NRH aims to attract visitors and support its regional attractions and local business base through a comprehensive tourism advertising and marketing initiative. The selected agency will help elevate NRH’s profile as a vibrant, family-friendly destination within the DFW Metroplex, drawing over 1.25 million visitors per year.

Work Details
The City seeks a full-service tourism marketing and advertising agency for a multi-year partnership (initial 18-month term with optional renewals for up to 5 years). Responsibilities include:

- Development of brand creative (logo, tagline, campaign concept)
- Creation of a new website with SEO, hosting and maintenance
- Execution of paid social media and digital campaigns
- Design of social media content
- Design and production of visitor collateral
- Video and photography content for digital and broadcast use
- Out-of-home creative and media placements
- Monthly performance reporting with KPIs and analytics
- Overall marketing management.

Period of Performance
The contract will have an initial term of 18 months with optional renewals extending up to 5 years.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed in North Richland Hills, Texas.

Bidder Requirements
Agencies must demonstrate relevant experience in tourism-related advertising and marketing services for cities of similar size. Proposals should include an introduction to the agency, understanding of NRH's needs, qualifications of key personnel assigned to the account, examples of past work in travel or tourism branding, fee structure, billing policies, and must be limited to 15 pages excluding cover and resumes.
