Background

Work Details
The awarded vendor will implement a digital learning platform that includes:
1. Selection and support of up to 25 school systems and enrollment of a maximum of 1,000 students annually.
2. Asynchronous online CTE coursework aligned with state graduation and postsecondary degree requirements.
3. Integration of the digital learning platform into existing district learning management systems (LMS).
4. Enrollment and curriculum support for districts.
5. Program management, training, technical assistance, and student services to ensure high-quality implementation across participating school systems.
6. Learning solutions for the attainment of industry-based certifications from the 2025-2030 Industry-Based Certification List for Public Accountability, Level I and Level II certificates, and transferable college credits.
7. Best practices for dual-purpose online learning models that blend CTE coursework with workforce readiness.
8. Documentation of evaluative data on student performance and engagement.
Period of Performance
The contract term is for one state fiscal year commencing from contract execution or an agreed-upon start date.

The services will be performed in Texas, specifically targeting participating school systems across the state.
