Texas Networks Operational Maneuver

Background
The Texas Cyber Command (TXCC) is seeking to establish operational maneuver on Texas government networks through this Request for Offer (RFO). The goal of this contract is to enhance the security and operational capabilities of Texas government networks by engaging qualified vendors who can provide the necessary services.

Work Details
Vendors are required to provide comprehensive operational maneuver services, which may include but are not limited to:
- Network security assessments
- Incident response planning
- Threat intelligence sharing
- Training for state personnel on cybersecurity best practices.

Vendors must demonstrate their capability to support TXCC in achieving its mission of protecting state networks from cyber threats.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a period of 12 months from the date of award, with options for renewal based on performance and funding availability.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed primarily at the Texas Cyber Command facilities located in Austin, Texas, with potential travel to other state agency locations as required.

Bidder Requirements
Vendors must be certified as Historically Underutilized Businesses (HUB) by the Comptroller of Public Accounts’ Statewide Procurement Division. Additionally, vendors must comply with all applicable state laws regarding procurement and contracting, including certifications related to child support compliance and conflict of interest disclosures.
