Background
The project is initiated by SSC Services for Education on behalf of the Texas A&M Engineering Experiment Station. The mission is to enhance the operational efficiency of the Testing and Characterization Facility (TCF) through significant upgrades to its air handling units (AHUs) and building automation systems.
