Background
The Texas Department of State Health Services (DSHS) is seeking competitive bids for TempArmour Vaccine Refrigerators to store vaccines at various clinic locations. The purpose of this contract is to replace old refrigeration units in rural areas that lack generators and have limited options for vaccine evacuation.

The refrigerators are designed to maintain temperature for 6-7 days during power outages, ensuring the safety and efficacy of vaccines.

Work Details
The contract requires the provision of TempArmour Vaccine Refrigerators, which must meet specific minimum specifications outlined in the solicitation. Bidders proposing alternatives to the specified brand must provide adequate literature with their bids for evaluation purposes. Bids lacking this literature may be disqualified.

The refrigerators will be delivered to multiple clinic locations including Livingston, Athens, Linden, Carthage, Crockett, Clarksville, and Palestine in Texas. Delivery must include 'white glove' service for each location.

Period of Performance
The anticipated contract start date is June 24, 2025, with an initial contract term running until August 31, 2025.
