This request for qualifications (RFQ) is being issued by the District.
Background:
The District is issuing this RFQ to determine the most beneficial method of obtaining the required services. The District reserves the right to consider other options separately from this RFQ and may or may not enter into an Agreement as a result. There is no guarantee of exclusivity, and the District may negotiate with multiple proposers who are deemed qualified, responsible, and capable of performing the work.
Contract Requirements:
Compensation to the successful firm will be solely from payments negotiated and received from third parties for the use of telecommunications facilities constructed and/or managed on District property. Compensation will only be earned if:

Interested and qualified firms are invited to submit statements of interest and qualifications as outlined in this document. Following the selection process, the District will negotiate one or more contracts for services with the chosen firm(s).

- Real estate expertise
- Financial stability
- Proficiency in site development and project management, specifically for telecommunications facilities on government-owned property
