Background
The Lyford Consolidated Independent School District (LCISD) is seeking proposals for a Teaching & Classroom Supplies Catalog. The goal of this contract is to establish a reliable source for various teaching and classroom supplies that will support the educational mission of the district.

Work Details
The contract will involve providing a catalog of teaching and classroom supplies, which may include but is not limited to: educational materials, classroom furniture, art supplies, and other instructional resources.

The selected vendor will be responsible for ensuring that the catalog includes verifiable benchmark pricing from manufacturers or suppliers. The primary purchases will be made on an as-needed basis by designated LCISD personnel using district purchase orders. The vendor must provide a discount or markup from a verifiable benchmark price, which can include manufacturer’s price sheets, dealer’s cost, or retail pricing. All items delivered must be new and in first-class condition.

Period of Performance
The contract term is set for two years with an option to renew for two additional two-year periods if deemed beneficial to LCISD.

Place of Performance
The products will be delivered to the Lyford CISD Media Center located at 8180 Simon Gomez Rd., Lyford, Texas 78569.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must have experience and qualifications in handling contracts of this nature and must maintain substantial stock of general merchandise likely to be purchased by LCISD. Additionally, proof of insurance may be required, and vendors must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local statutes.
