Tailgate Services

Background
The University of Texas at Austin is seeking proposals for Tailgate Services as part of their mission to enhance the experience of attendees at various events.
The goal of this contract is to provide comprehensive services related to tailgating, which may include concessions, catering, and other activities that support sporting events and gatherings.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing the following services:
- Management of tailgate events including setup and breakdown.
- Catering services including food and beverage options tailored to event attendees.
- Rental or lease of tents, tarpaulins, and other supplies necessary for tailgating activities.
- Coordination of sports professionals services, including referee and umpire services if applicable.
- Compliance with all terms and conditions outlined in the solicitation documents.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a specified period aligned with the academic and sporting calendar of the University, starting from the award date through the conclusion of the relevant sporting seasons.

Place of Performance
Services will primarily be performed on the University of Texas at Austin campus, specifically at designated tailgating locations during events.
