Substitute Staffing Services

Background
The Schertz-Cibolo-Universal City Independent School District (ISD) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide substitute staffing services.
The goal of this contract is to ensure the availability of various substitute positions to support the educational needs of the district.

Work Details
The contractor will provide substitute staffing services for various positions on an 'as needed' basis.
Desired positions include:
- Substitute teachers
- Paraprofessionals
- Special education paraprofessionals
- Registered nurses (RNs)
- Counselors
- Principals
- Assistant principals
- Bus monitors
- Child nutrition workers
- Custodial workers.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon award and will be effective until the district determines that the need for services has ended.
Proposals are due by 2:00 p.m. on May 2, 2025.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed within the Schertz-Cibolo-Universal City ISD located at 1056 Elbel Road, Schertz, TX 78154.

Bidder Requirements
Vendors must submit proposals that are clearly identified with the RFP number and description.
The district reserves the right to accept or reject any proposals in its best interest.
