The contract will be effective from July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2028.

Services will be provided primarily within the La Joya Independent School District in Texas.

Vendors must comply with Texas Government Code Chapter 2270 regarding boycotting Israel; SB 252 prohibiting contracts with companies doing business with Iran or Sudan; SB 22 prohibiting contracts with abortion providers; and SB 19 prohibiting discrimination against firearm industries. Vendors must also provide three references from similar projects.
