The Upper Trinity Regional Water District (UTRWD) is a political subdivision of the State of Texas and provides regional water, wastewater, and other services to the greater Denton County Area. UTRWD is currently seeking proposals for the provision of STOP LOSS HEALTH AND WELFARE . The beginning date of this contract will be OCTOBER 1, 2025.
