Background
The Texas Facilities Commission (TFC) is seeking qualifications to provide professional Building Commissioning Services for the Statewide Deferred Maintenance Project, Project #22-009-3506. This initiative aims to enhance the operational efficiency and performance of state buildings across Texas.
Work Details
The contractor will provide comprehensive building commissioning services throughout various phases: pre-design, design, construction, and post-construction/warranty phases.
The services will be applicable to multiple state buildings including but not limited to: Lorenzo de Zavala Archives & Library, Brown-Heatly Building, Central Services Building, and many others across Texas. The scope includes ensuring that all systems are designed, installed, tested, operated, and maintained according to the operational requirements of the owner.
Period of Performance
The contract is anticipated to commence within ten (10) calendar days following the delivery of a Notice to Proceed and is expected to last for one thousand ninety-five (1095) calendar days.
Place of Performance
The services will be performed at various state buildings located throughout Texas.
