SSC A/E RFQ - Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Agreement Pool

Background
The Texas A&M University is issuing this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) on behalf of SSC Services for Education. The purpose of this RFQ is to select a pool of architectural and engineering firms for an indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) agreement. This agreement will be utilized by SSC on an as-needed basis for projects involving the Texas A&M University System member universities and agencies.

Work Details
The scope of work includes providing architectural and engineering services for various IDIQ projects at Texas A&M University System properties, which encompass multiple institutions including Texas A&M University, Texas A&M University-Central Texas, and others.

The selected firms will be required to adhere to TAMU/TAMUS design guidelines, current city, state, and federal codes. Additionally, designs must be submitted for accessibility review to the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation on a per-project basis. The contract does not guarantee a minimum amount of work per term.

Period of Performance
The contract period extends from the date of award through a specified term with automatic renewals unless terminated by either party with prior notice.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed at various locations within the Texas A&M University System, including but not limited to College Station, Central Texas, Corpus Christi, Galveston, Kingsville, San Antonio, Texarkana, and other associated campuses.

Bidder Requirements
Firms must demonstrate qualifications relevant to the IDIQ projects. There are no specific set-aside certifications mentioned; however, there is encouragement for the use of Historically Underutilized Businesses (HUBs) in contracting efforts.
