Lewisville Independent School District ("LISD, "District") is accepting proposals from qualified vendors for special educations technology solutions, software, and related products and services. The platform shall facilitate efficient management and compliance for Multi-Tiered System and Supports (MTSS). Section 504, students individual education program (IEP), and connect the school's student information system (SIS) with the special education software. These services shall be purchased on an "As Needed" basis, with LISD making the sole determination of need. Multiple provider awards are anticipated to provide LISD with a variety of resources for needed services. Services requested include, but not limited to: evaluation, consultation, and direct services. All interested vendors, including sole source providers, are encouraged to respond to this request for proposal in its entirety and should submit all required bid attachments regardless of sole source status to be considered. Missing or incomplete information will have a negative impact on vendor evaluations. This request for proposal is being issued in accordance with Title 2 of the Code of Federal Regulations (2 CFR) Part 200 requirements to procure vendors who provide services purchased by LISD using federal dollars. This proposal may also be used with local, state, federal and grant funded programs. RFP #F10876-25 shall be awarded at District discretion, to multiple Proposers supplying comparable products or services, also known as a multiple award schedule, or award the Contract to a single Proposer. The District's decision to make multiple awards or a single award will be based upon the District's sole discretion regarding the type of award that provides best value to The District. The anticipated term of this proposal shall be from September 2025 - September 2027. Dependent on the long-range needs of the District and mutual consent of both parties, and contingent on approval by the LISD Board of Trustees, there will be two successive renewal options, each consisting of a two year term.
