Special Education Staffing & Services

Background
Forney Independent School District (FISD) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide Special Education Staffing and Services. The District aims to approve the use of multiple vendors on an 'AS NEEDED BASIS' to fulfill its mission of supporting students with special needs. There is no guarantee or commitment concerning the services that will be purchased under this contract.

Work Details
The selected vendors will provide staffing and services related to special education, which may include but are not limited to:
- Special education teachers
- Paraprofessionals
- Therapists (occupational, physical, speech)
- Other related services as required by the District.
Vendors must be prepared to deliver these services on an as-needed basis across various campuses within the district.

Period of Performance
The contract is set to commence on November 1, 2025.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed at various locations within Forney Independent School District, including multiple elementary, intermediate, middle, and high school campuses located in Forney, Texas.

Bidder Requirements
Vendors must demonstrate qualifications in providing special education staffing and services. Specific certifications or licenses relevant to special education may be required. Additionally, vendors are encouraged to submit questions regarding the proposal through the bidding portal by 2:00 PM on September 16, 2025.
