Special Education IEP Writer

Work Requested:
La Joya Independent School District is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide Special Education IEP Writer services. The selected vendor(s) will be responsible for delivering these services in accordance with all terms, conditions, and specifications outlined in this solicitation.

Background:
The District is inviting interested and qualified vendors to submit proposals for Special Education IEP Writer services. The contract term will begin on August 1, 2026, and end on July 31, 2027, with an option to extend for an additional one-year term.

Contract Requirements:

• All proposals must adhere to the terms, conditions, and specifications established within this solicitation.
• Vendors must review the "Attachments" Tab for Terms and Conditions, as well as the "Attributes," "Line Items," and "Response Attachments" Tabs for further proposal information.
• Proposals will be evaluated and awarded based on the criteria specified in the solicitation to ensure the best value for the District.

Submission Instructions:

• All interested vendors must log in to the La Joya I.S.D. e-Bidding website to view solicitation documents and submit proposals electronically by the stated deadline.
• Vendors are required to register via the district's e-Bidding website, accessible at www.lajoyaisd.com/purchasing.
• There is no vendor fee for using the online bidding service.
