Special Education Consulting Services

Work Requested:
La Joya Independent School District is seeking proposals from interested and qualified vendors to provide Special Education Consulting Services. The services must be delivered in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications outlined in this solicitation.

Background:
The District is utilizing an online bidding system to facilitate the posting and receipt of electronic bids for Special Education Consulting Services. The contract term will run from July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027, with an option to extend for an additional one-year term.

Contract Requirements:

• Vendors must comply with all terms, conditions, and specifications as established within the solicitation documents.
• Proposals will be evaluated and selected based on the awarding criteria contained in this solicitation, with the goal of providing the best value to the District.

Instructions on Submission:

• Interested vendors must register and log in to the La Joya I.S.D. e-Bidding website to access solicitation documents and submit proposals electronically.
• There is no vendor fee to use the e-Bidding service.
