Sole Source Annual Komline-Sanders Plunger Pump Parts

The San Antonio Water System is seeking bids from vendors to supply replacement parts for Komline-Sanders plunger pumps, which are used to pump municipal sludge from the Primary Clarifiers at the Steven M. Clouse Water Recycling Center (SMC WRC). The work of this contract involves furnishing the specified goods, supplies, equipment, and/or services as detailed in the solicitation documents. The intent of the specifications is to outline the minimum requirements for the plunger pump parts to be purchased for use at the SMC WRC. This solicitation is issued by the San Antonio Water System Purchasing Department. Bids must be submitted either electronically or as a sealed bid to the Purchasing Office by the date and time specified in the solicitation. Sealed bids, whether mailed or delivered in person, must be enclosed in a sealed envelope addressed to the Director of Purchasing, and must clearly display the bid number, bid name, closing date, and company name on the outside of the envelope. Sealed bids should be mailed or hand delivered to: San Antonio Water System, Purchasing Department, 2800 US Highway 281 North, Administration Building, 5th Floor, San Antonio, TX 78212. Electronic bids will not be accepted after the specified date and time. Any sealed bids received late will be returned unopened and will not be considered in the evaluation process. By submitting a bid, the respondent agrees to furnish any and all items upon which prices are offered, at the prices and under the terms and conditions specified. The period of acceptance for this bid is 90 calendar days following the bid opening date.
