Soft Starter

The San Antonio Water System (SAWS) is seeking quotes for the supply and delivery of an Eaton Soft Starter. The scope of work includes providing the specified soft starter with all shipping and freight costs included in the quoted price (F.O.B. Destination). All pricing submitted must account for delivery to the specified location at 2800 U.S. Hwy. 281 North, San Antonio, TX 78212. Each item listed in the solicitation will be awarded to the bidder offering the overall lowest qualified bid, considering both the base year and any extensions, if applicable. SAWS reserves the right to award the entire Request for Quote (RFQ) to a single source. The terms and conditions for this RFQ and any resulting Purchase Order will adhere to the Terms and Conditions document available on the Attachments Tab. Quotes must be submitted electronically before the specified date and time; late submissions will not be considered in the evaluation process. Online submission is highly recommended to expedite processing and minimize errors for both buyers and suppliers.
