Work Requested:
The City of Irving is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide comprehensive vending machine services for snacks and beverages. The selected vendor will be responsible for:

• Supplying vending machines at designated locations throughout various city buildings and offices
• Operating the vending machines to ensure consistent availability of snacks and beverages at reasonable prices for City of Irving staff and residents
• Maintaining the vending machines to ensure they remain in good working order
• Insuring all vending machines as required

Vendors must provide, operate, maintain, and insure all vending machines placed at the designated city locations.
