Work Details
The contractor will perform Planned Maintenance exams on covered equipment, which includes inspecting, cleaning, lubricating, and adjusting automatic sliding and swinging doors bi-annually. Additionally, there will be one annual inspection on all covered automatic sliding and swinging doors in accordance with AAADM standards.
Period of Performance
The contract will commence on March 16, 2026, and will continue until April 16, 2026.
Place of Performance
The services will be performed at UT Southwestern facilities located in Dallas, Texas.

Bidders must acknowledge that they have read and understood the General Information RFP Process and the specifications for the Scope of Work. They must also complete various required documents including the Execution of Offer and HUB Subcontracting Plan.
