Skid Steer Loaders

Background
The Statewide Procurement Division (SPD), a division of the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts (CPA), is seeking sealed responses for the procurement of Skid Steer Loaders.

The Texas Department of Transportation is identified as a major customer for these items. The goal of this contract is to establish a reliable source for skid steer loaders that meet the needs of various state agencies and institutions.

Work Details
The contract involves providing Skid Steer Loaders, specifically categorized under NIGP Class-Items 760-44 and 760-51.

Respondents must ensure that all products delivered are new, unused, and the latest models in current production. The units must be completely assembled and ready for operation upon delivery. All necessary parts and accessories that are standard equipment must be included. Warranty information must be provided, and an authorized warranty service provider must be designated.

The pricing structure requires firm, all-inclusive prices with provisions for price adjustments based on market indices.

Period of Performance
The initial term of the contract will commence upon the effective date specified in a Notice of Award issued by CPA and will automatically expire on October 31, 2025.

There are options for renewal:
1st Renewal from November 1, 2025, to October 31, 2026;
2nd Renewal from November 1, 2026, to October 31, 2027;
3rd Renewal from November 1, 2027, to October 31, 2028; and a potential additional year thereafter.

Place of Performance
The geographic location for performance includes various locations within Texas as specified by purchase orders issued through the CPA's Texas SmartBuy system.
