5. Multi-Purpose Transmission / Hydraulic Oil (55-gallon drum) - Quantity: 2 drums (110 gallons).
6. Automatic Transmission Fluid Dexron III - Quantity: 125 quarts.
7. Automatic Transmission Fluid Ford ATF Mercon LV - Quantity: 130 quarts.
8. Antifreeze / Coolants including Fleetguard Complete Pre-Mix Coolant, DEX-Cool Coolant, and Low Silicate Formula Antifreeze in specified quantities.
9. Caterpillar TO-4 Compatible Lubricants in specified quantities.
10. Diesel Exhaust Fluid in specified quantities.
Period of Performance
The contract will be effective for six months starting within thirty days following the award by the Beaumont City Council, with an option to renew for two additional six-month terms.
Place of Performance
All products shall be delivered to designated locations within Beaumont, Texas, specifically Fleet Management at 4955 Lafin Drive and Fleet Management – Fire Shop at 1125 Archie Street.
Bidder Requirements
Bidders must complete various forms including House Bill 1295 and House Bill 89 compliance forms, provide a Conflict of Interest Questionnaire, and submit a completed Bid Sheet Continued Form with their bid submission.
