Site Prep for Generator

Background
The Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) is seeking to install a concrete generator pad, a concrete surround walkway, and electrical raceways at the Victoria Driver’s License Office located at 8802 N. Navarro St, Victoria, TX 77904.
The goal of this contract is to ensure the proper installation of these components to support the facility's operational needs.

Work Details
The contractor is required to furnish labor, materials, and equipment for the following tasks:
1. **Concrete Generator Pad**: Install a 36"x87" generator pad with a minimum 12" footer in the ground and an elevation of 6" higher than surrounding concrete.
2. **Concrete Surround Walkway**: Pour a 36" wide concrete walkway around the generator slab with a minimum 6" footer in the ground, starting 36" off the building and elevated 2" higher than the ground.
3. **Electrical Raceways**: Dig trenches for electrical conduits and install raceways using Schedule 80 PVC conduits with approved bends and fittings. This includes two 2" PVC conduits and three 1" PVC conduits, with specific installation details regarding spacing and elevations provided in the scope of work.

Period of Performance
The contract term commences on the effective date stated in the signing document or purchase order and expires on August 31, 2025.
DPS reserves the right to extend performance for up to six months if necessary.

All work will be performed at the Victoria Driver’s License Office located at 8802 N. Navarro St, Victoria, TX 77904.
