Texas Division of Emergency Management (TDEM) through this solicitation is requesting proposals for a Contractor to recommend, implement and maintain a single sign on solution that will use Personal I

The Texas Division of Emergency Management (TDEM) is seeking proposals for a contractor to recommend, implement, and maintain a single sign-on (SSO) solution utilizing Personal Identity Verification - Interoperable (PIV-I) cards as the primary login method.

This initiative is critical to TDEM's mission of emergency management, requiring a highly available SSO solution operational 24/7/365.

Work Details
The contractor will provide a single sign-on solution that incorporates PIV-I cards as the main login source. It will also include a secondary login option with multifactor authentication capabilities.

The SSO system must ensure high availability and reliability to support TDEM's emergency management operations.

Period of Performance
