Silent Panic Alert System (Re-Bid

The McAllen Independent School District is seeking proposals for the Silent Panic Alert System (Re-Bid) project. The work of the contract involves providing all labor, materials, and services necessary to implement the specified Silent Panic Alert System as outlined in the project specifications. Interested contractors are invited to submit their proposals for this project opportunity (Opportunity ID: 2026-1019), which will be located at 2000 N. 23rd Street, McAllen, TX 78501, USA. This solicitation is issued by the McAllen Independent School District (the District ). The District is requesting proposals from qualified contractors to fulfill the requirements of the Silent Panic Alert System project. As background, the District is re-bidding this project and is providing all necessary specifications and instructions for interested respondents. All specifications and proposal submission details are available electronically through IonWave. Contract requirements include the completion of all Line Items and the provision of all required Response Attachments via IonWave by the proposal deadline. While the District prefers that proposals be prepared and managed through IonWave, final proposals must be submitted in hard copy format in a sealed envelope. Contractors are prohibited from discussing this Competitive Sealed Proposal (CSP) with any District employees or members of the Board of Trustees. Failure to comply with this requirement may result in disqualification. Additionally, do not contact the Architect/Engineer or Project Manager, as questions or clarifications will not be answered by phone or email. All questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted exclusively through the Questions option on the IonWave website, no later than the date and time specified in the solicitation.
