SHSU Monument & Wayfinding Signage Contract

Background
Sam Houston State University (SHSU) is seeking a signage contractor to provide monument and wayfinding signage. The goal of this contract is to enhance visibility and navigation within the university campus, aligning with SHSU's mission to create an accessible and welcoming environment for students, staff, and visitors.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for designing, manufacturing, and installing monument and wayfinding signage throughout the SHSU campus. This includes directional signs, informational signs, and identification signs that reflect the university's branding. The contractor must ensure that all signage complies with local regulations and accessibility standards.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon award and is expected to be completed by October 29, 2026.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at Sam Houston State University located at 2424 Sam Houston Avenue, Huntsville, Texas 77340.

Bidder Requirements
Proposers must complete and submit a HUB Subcontracting Plan. They are required to have appropriate insurance coverage as specified by the university. Additionally, proposers must certify that they are not listed in certain sections of the National Defense Authorization Act or controlled by foreign adversaries as defined by U.S. regulations.
