Background

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing complete chiller service and maintenance, which includes routine inspections, preventive maintenance, repairs, and emergency services as needed. Specific tasks may include checking refrigerant levels, inspecting electrical components, cleaning condenser coils, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

The contractor must also provide documentation of all services performed.

Period of Performance
The contract period will commence upon award and is expected to last for one year, with options for renewal based on performance and mutual agreement.
